31 year old female presented with severe bottoming out of her breast implants from a previous breast augmentation done in another state. Dr. Hobar removed the implants, recreated the inframammary fold and replaced new implants.

This 46 year old woman was not satisfied with the shape of her breast so she came to Dr. Hobar for breast implant exchange.

29 year old woman developed bottoming of implants after breast augmentation. She had replacement with 400 cc silicone implants and reconstruction of inframammary fold (recreating the bottom of breast).

This 36 year old woman underwent breast augmentation with saline implants. Three years later she developed a leak and deflation of her right implant. Dr. Hobar easily went back in through the axillary incision and replaced the right implant in a surgery that took less than 30 minutes operative time. There was relatively little discomfort because the pocket was already made and the muscle was preconditioned to have an implant underneath it.
