This 27 year old woman desired a single surgery to correct her tuberous breasts. A modest size increase, she went from a small A cup to a small C cup with breast augmentation using saline implants placed under the muscle through incisions in her armpits. This active duty military woman was not only pleased with the improved shape and volume of her breasts, but relieved that she could resume a moderate activity level within a week.

    After 31 years, Dr. Hobar has retired from surgical practice to become a fulltime husband and grandfather (and maybe play a little softball).
