This 19 year old young man's self esteem was hindered by his enlarged chest development. All males are born with mammary tissue, but in some, it can be stimulated to develop in which case removal is warranted. With this corrected, he was able to enjoy playing sports and socializing at the pool without feeling self conscious about his chest.
