This 42 year old patient sought improvement in the appearance of her upper arms. It is not uncommon for weight fluctuations over time to lead to the skin on the upper arms becoming lax. To correct this, Dr. Hobar performs a brachioplasty. The firmer and more contoured results made this patient more confident to wear more fitted tops with shorter sleeves.
