Case Details & Description

45 year old, wife and mother of two, underwent transaxillary breast augmentation 10 years earlier with saline implants. She was very happy with the results but had undergone some aging changes which caused loosening of the skin and mild rippling of the implants. She underwent replacement with slightly larger silicone implants placed under the muscle. Tightening of the lateral and inferior capsule allowed mild lifting without the need for skin removal or visible scars. By tightening the lateral tissue and slightly increasing the diameter of the implant, an improved and more natural cleavage was obtained.
