Case Details & Description

21 yo old woman - thin, athletic, nulliparous. Saline implants placed endoscopically through the axilla to avoid a scar on the breast. Patient went from A cup to C cup. Implants placed submuscularly to improve coverage and support. No scarring in breast or any disruptions of ducts to preserve optimal breast function for later childbirth. Moderate augmentation to maintain full athletic capabilities.
