This young lady is a professional ballroom dancer and wanted a very natural result that would produce fuller cleavage. By using anatomical saline implants, Dr. Hobar was able to give her the natural, beautiful result that she wanted by going under the muscle and avoiding any scars on her breast. The procedure was performed endoscopically through an armpit crease incision and saline implants were placed under the muscle.
