As a busy 22 year-old recent college graduate, this patient wanted a very natural result with breast augmentation. Dr. Hobar used 300cc round saline implants, placed through an armpit incision and under the muscle. The patient got the larger size she wanted as well as a natural shape and more fullness in her cleavage area and upper chest.
