This 26 year old active young lady was interested in increasing her breast size from an A cup to a more shapely full C cup size. Using round saline implants, Dr. Hobar was able to place the implants through an incision under her arm. The behind the muscle (submuscular) placement ensures that the implants augment the breasts resulting in a remarkably natural look and feel.
